POCAM INDOOR SPORTS 2025

On April 26, 2025, the Society of the Orthopaedically Handicapped Malaysia (POCAM) hosted its much-anticipated POCAM Indoor Sports 2025, a vibrant indoor sports event that brought together members of the POCAM community for a day filled with friendly competition, joy, and connection.
The event featured a variety of classic games including darts, carrom, and dam haji, where participants demonstrated not only remarkable skill and concentration but also genuine sportsmanship and respect for one another. The friendly matches created an atmosphere buzzing with laughter, cheers, and encouragement, as players from diverse backgrounds and with various disabilities came together in the spirit of healthy competition.
More than just a tournament, the day served as a meaningful platform to strengthen bonds within the community. It provided space for members to reconnect, build new friendships, and celebrate each other’s achievements in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Events like these are central to POCAM’s mission of promoting active participation, empowerment, and social integration among persons with disabilities. By creating inclusive opportunities for recreation and interaction, POCAM continues to foster a strong, united community where everyone belongs.
